Terms of Service

1. Service Description

SpaceAI provides tools to plan, create, and publish content to connected social accounts, including Instagram professional accounts via Meta's APIs and LinkedIn professional accounts via LinkedIn's APIs.

2. Authorization to Act on Your Behalf

By connecting a Meta/Facebook Page, Instagram account, or LinkedIn account, you authorize SpaceAI to perform actions you explicitly request within the product (e.g., publishing posts). SpaceAI will not publish without your explicit action (or configured scheduling rules you set).

3. Your Content

You retain ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to publish any media and captions. You represent and warrant that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SpaceAI to violate any law, third-party rights, or platform policies. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

• Publishing spam, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing others
• Attempting to circumvent platform limitations or security measures
• Using the service for any illegal purpose

5. Platform Policies

You must comply with all applicable platform policies, including:

• Meta Platform Terms
• Instagram Community Guidelines
• LinkedIn User Agreement

6. Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We are not liable for outages or API changes by third parties (including Meta and LinkedIn). We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time and disconnect social accounts. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpaceAI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
