We respect your right to control your data. Follow the instructions below to request deletion of your SpaceAI account data.

How to Request Data Deletion

Send an email

Email us at support@spaceai.so with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request"

Include required information

In your email, please provide:

  • Your SpaceAI account email address
  • Instagram username connected to SpaceAI (if applicable)
  • LinkedIn profile name connected to SpaceAI (if applicable)
  • Facebook Page name (optional)

We’ll process your request

We will delete or anonymize applicable data associated with your connected accounts and confirm completion via email. Processing typically takes 5-10 business days.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

When you delete your connected account data, we permanently remove:

  • Your SpaceAI account information
  • Connected social media account tokens and credentials
  • Content you created (captions, media, scheduled posts) in SpaceAI
  • Publishing history and logs associated with your account
  • All access permissions and authorization data

Important: Content already published to Instagram, LinkedIn, or other platforms will remain on those platforms. You must delete published content directly from the respective platforms if desired.

Immediate Deletion: When you disconnect an account in SpaceAI or revoke access through Instagram/Meta, your data is deleted immediately and cannot be recovered.

Meta Data Deletion Callback

If you initiated a data deletion request through Meta/Facebook, Meta may also send deletion requests via our configured Data Deletion Callback URL. These requests are processed automatically and you will receive a confirmation email once complete.
